A Vision for Vista

I’m running for Vista City Council District 1. I’m not a politician—I’m your neighbor. I am also here to listen—to every voice in this community. I support inclusion for all residents—regardless of background, age, or culture. In District 1, we have a rich Hispanic community, but we also have other races, seniors, and people with special needs who don’t always receive the same information. There aren’t enough programs or communication channels that reach them, and we need to build a system where everyone—no matter their circumstances—has a chance to be heard. I also know that in our neighborhood, we face issues like speeding traffic and neglected properties that affect our quality of life. It’s critical that we respect and uphold city rules so our neighbors feel safe, and our homes and streets remain valued. I know many families don’t get the info they need, and I’m here to make sure everyone has a voice—to be heard, to stay informed, and to know that their needs are at the heart of every decision. As we grow, I believe Vista is a place where everyone can thrive, and though change won’t happen overnight, it will happen. Any amount—small, large, or in between—will count toward my campaign.
